Yes. Multiple meals throughout the day reduce spikes and drops in blood sugar levels. Sugar spikes force the body to convert fat for storage. Consuming smaller meals can also reduce the total caloric intake and curbs overeating.

Q: What’s the best way to maintain proper weight?

Whatever you do, don’t skip meals. Eat your food slowly and always maintain proper moderation. Additionally, adequate exercise enables the body to burn up calories. Cryolipolysis is also a good idea.
